Wisconsin Harness Racing Hall of Fame

Dominic Frinzi
Inducted 1998

Dominic Frinzi has been associated with the racing industry for decades and has been very active on the state and national scene. As President of Harness Horse International (HHI), he has campaigned hard not only for the expansion but the protection of harness racing in North America. HHI represents over 35,000 breeders, owners and trainers in the United States and Canada. HHI has enabled the horsemen to get a larger share of the pari-mutual handle and represents the horsemen at the negotiating table with a multitude of issues. Dominic's tireless efforts have resulted in major gains for the industry. Dominic pleads for integrity in the racing industry. As a practicing lawyer, Dominic's expertise has proven extremely valuable to the racing industry regarding legal issues. Dominic Frinzi is a very energetic, bright and verbal man who fights for what he believes in.

Wisconsin is proud to induct Dominic Frinzi into the Wisconsin Harness Racing Hall of Fame.
